By accessing this website and making a reservation or payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

This website provides vacation rental booking and property management services for privately owned accommodations. We act as a booking agent and property manager on behalf of property owners.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation is issued.

Any applicable taxes or service fees are clearly shown before payment is completed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property and are shown at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms selected during booking.

No refunds are provided for no-shows, early departures, weather events, airline disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Guests agree to contact us directly to resolve any payment or booking concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in reservation cancellation and restriction from future bookings.

5. Check-In, Check-Out & Occupancy

Check-in and check-out times are provided prior to arrival.

Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

Guests agree to follow all house rules for the property.

6. Guest Responsibility & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for documented damages.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during a stay. Use of the property and its amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

We may assist with third-party services such as transportation, tours, or cleaning. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mexican courts.
